Who is eligible
Any customer who has purchased a Giftsama Pro subscription within the last 30 days is eligible for a full refund, regardless of how much of the product you've used.
What is refunded
The full $39 annual Pro payment is refunded to your original payment method. There are no partial refunds, restocking fees, or deductions.
How to request one
Email refund@giftsama.com from the address associated with your Giftsama account and let us know you'd like a refund. We don't require a reason, though we'd always love your feedback.
How long it takes
We process refund requests within 2 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days after that.
What happens to your account
Your account moves back to the Free plan. Your existing occasions, recipients, and gift ideas are kept, though access follows Free plan limits going forward.
After 30 days
Requests made after the 30-day window are reviewed case by case. Reach out to refund@giftsama.com and we'll always take a look.

The guarantee covers the first 30 days after purchase. If you're past that window, email refund@giftsama.com anyway — we review later requests individually.
Refunds are full refunds within the 30-day window rather than prorated. Outside that window, we don't offer prorated refunds for unused time.
